Sunday & Monday Renovation Update

Hi Everyone:

Sunday & Monday the flooring has continued to be installed. It looks amazing!!! Again, the lighting is not ideal yet, so the photos don’t do the flooring any justice in my opinion, but they honestly look beautiful. The best part is that are basically indestructible. Perfect for our little dog and in the future when we decided to have children. They are water resistant and extremely difficult to scratch or scuff because of the way the vinyl flooring is designed. Here are a few more photos of the flooring in the main house and the office room.

We also have finished priming all the closet doors and the room/closet where we will be keeping the new washer and dryer. Working hard is paying off. We would never be this far along without the help of my dad, brother, neighbor and other family and friends. They have put in countless hours helping Matt and I construct our first home to look exactly how we had envisioned it. A special thanks goes out to all of them!

Since the new year is only hours away, we will likely be taking a break on the renovations until tomorrow. I am hoping to find the time to write a recap of all my accomplishments that I feel I have made in 2013! One of which was the start of this blog!! I am so happy it has taken off and has so many viewers/readers already! The new year means a new layout change and I cannot wait for everyone to see it!

Sooner than later,
