Closet Organization

I thought that I would be fun to share some of my closet organization ideas with you. Fashion is definitely a love of mine but the way I organize my clothes is also important to me. My boyfriend and I are currently in the process of buying our first HOME! We are very excited and all of the bedrooms have walk-in closets. Now we just need to figure out how we want to decorate them. Here are some of the ideas that I found on an app called Houzz. The first is a great way to keep your bras from deforming by keeping them in there own pull out drawers. I own almost every bra in the Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Collection so this concept would work perfect for me.

The second picture is a cute and fun way to organize your necklaces and keep them from getting tangled. I used to use plastic baggies but hanging them up like this allows you to see all the jewelry that you actually have. I am known for forgetting about cute accessories I already own! I even love how they used knobs to hang each one (although I am sure that can get pricey).

The third picture is how I would like to set up our Master Bedroom closet. I love that there are two bars (one high and one lower), so that I can hang a lot of clothes in a small space. I also love the built in shoe shelves. I am also a boot lover, so making custom shelves would be ideal so that I know how tall they need to be.

Finally, this picture shows how you can make the shoe shelves higher or lower depending on the type of shoes you have or like to wear. For example, if you wear a lot of flats, you won’t need the shelves to be spaced as far out (like in the right hand corner), but if you own a over 30 pairs of boots (like me) then you will need your shelves spaced further apart.

I’d love to hear any other great ideas you might have!

Sooner than later,
